About

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting, grief, stress, life transitions, and religious and complex trauma, as well as questions of personal and spiritual growth. I believe that healing is not just about symptom relief. It’s about coming home to who you truly are. My approach is integrative, relational, and attuned to the whole person: mind, body, and the broader cultural and relational systems that shape our lives. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and the Biopsychosocial-spiritual approach. I incorporate somatic and body-centered methods, as well as nature-based and artistic/creative approaches, to support healing that is embodied, meaningful, and sustainable. I bring a socioculturally informed and affirming lens to my work, and I am committed to creating a space where people of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations feel genuinely welcome. I work collaboratively with each client, honoring their own innate wisdom as the foundation of our work together. As a therapist, a mother, and a member of this community, I know that life can be both beautiful and hard, and that sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is ask for support. I would be honored to hold space for you in your healing journey.
